ABOUT THE NAME
The brand is named after the samfu (衫裤), which is cantonese for ‘top and pants’.
This pairing, often made of the same fabric, was a common choice of daily attire for Chinese women in early Singapore.

Our Grandmother was no exception, wearing her samfu over and over again from her girlhood to silver years.
