Although we hope you like your item, we know sometimes it does not work out. If you are not fully satisfied with your item, we accept your item, including pre-order items, for returns. Please refer to “Returns & Exchanges” tab for more information.

Preorders will be shipped out in the order they are received. The estimated dates for shipping will be listed in the each product page. Please note the dates are estimates and may be subject to updates without notice.
If your order contains one or more items listed as "pre-order" the whole package will be shipped when contents become available. For expedited shipping, we recommend placing two separate orders - one with pre-order items and one with in-stock items.
All orders are trackable
Local orders - Singapore
Singapore orders are shipped via courier. To track your package, an email will be sent to you upon dispatch of the item with a link to the tracking number and status.
International - Express Shipping
Orders are fulfilled by DHL express and require signature on delivery. They are full traceable via DHL website. Please sign up for notifications on DHL website via your email or mobile directly to follow your shipment.
