We allow exchanges for size only, subject to availability, and each item may only be exchanged once. All exchange requests must be made within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Items must be returned in their original condition. Any item deemed by Dear Samfu to have been worn, or received outside of the 14-day return window, will be returned to the customer.

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes an item may not work out. If you are not fully satisfied, you may email us your return request within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. This return window applies to both domestic and international orders.

Approved returns will be refunded in the form of a store voucher code only. Original shipping fees and any discount codes applied at checkout are non-refundable. Store vouchers are valid for 365 days from the date of issue and may be used partially or in full. Items purchased using store credit are not eligible for return or exchange a second time.

Items purchased on sale and gift cards are strictly non-returnable. All return shipping and administrative fees are to be borne by the customer. Returned items must be sent via a postal service with tracking, as we are not liable for lost return parcels.

To kickstart the returns process, please follow the steps below. 

STEP 1: Email hello@dearsamfu.com with mention of “Returns” in the title with the following info:

• Reason for return - 

STEP 2: You will receive a confirmation with shipping guidelines and return address. Go ahead to send the return parcel over! 

Please make sure that clothing is returned via a postal service with tracking. We will not be responsible for parcels lost in the shipping process. 

STEP 3: Get a confirmation email from us!

Once we have received your parcel and inspected the returned items, we will send you a confirmation email for your return within 5 working days stating your store voucher code.
