Exchanges & Returns


At this time, Dear Samfu is unable to provide exchanges on all orders. If you wish to exchange your item, please make a return using the instructions below and place a new order on our website.


We promise to refund items (including pre-order item) that you are not completely satisfied with. Currently, refunds can only be reimbursed via store voucher code and exclude original shipping costs and any coupon code which was applied at checkout. Items bought on sales are final and not eligible for returns.

All return shipping and administrative fees of return items to be borne by you. If you wish to return your item(s), we are happy to accept it in the event that you cover the return postage with tracking. As we will not be liable for lost return parcels, please return items via a postal service with tracking.  

Both domestic and international customers are entitled to 14 calendar days to email us your return request from the day you receive your order.

Do note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns. Items must be returned in their original condition. Items that are deemed by Dear Samfu to be returned with signs of being worn or received outside of the 14 calendar day window will not be accepted.  

To kickstart the returns process, please follow the steps below. 

STEP 1: Email with mention of “Returns” in the subject header the following information

  • Name-
  • Order Number- 
  • Reason for return - 

STEP 2: You will receive a confirmation with shipping guidelines and return address. Go ahead to send the return parcel over! 

Please make sure that Dear Samfu is safely packed and returned via a postal service with tracking. We will not be responsible for parcels lost in the shipping process. 

STEP 3: Get a confirmation email from us!

Once we have received your parcel, inspection of returned items will be done to make sure that it is valid for refund. We will send you a confirmation email for your return within 1-5 working days stating your store voucher code.
