Due to the global developments around COVID-19, most countries have suspended international shipments. Please expect up to 4 - 6 weeks' delays in parcel delivery on top of standard delivery transit times.
Local orders within Singapore remain unaffected. We sincerely seek your kind patience and understanding during this time.
SHIPPING RATES
Currently, all local orders ship FREE with no minimum spend!
International orders ship FREE with minimum spend of SGD150 (approx USD110)! For orders less than SGD150, rates for standard shipping are as follows (all in SGD):
REST OF ASIA EXCEPT AUS/ NZ/ JP - 5 to 7 working days - $10
AUS/ NZ/ JP - 7 to 14 working days - $20
USA/ EUROPE/ UK - 7 to 14 working days - $20
REST OF THE WORLD - 7 to 14 working days - $30
Domestic orders - Singapore
Singapore orders are shipped via courier. To track your package, an email will be sent to you upon dispatch of the item with a link to the tracking number and status.
International orders are shipped using courier (e.g. Ninjavan, DHLecommerce) and are fully trackable. Final mile delivery may be fulfilled by the local postal service in your destination country. Actual shipping cost will be reflected upon checkout.

Orders outside Singapore may incur additional import taxes and fees which are the responsibility of the customer. When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Unexpected delivery conditions
While we do our best to make sure your order is delivered on time, once your order has left our facility we are not responsible if it is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. In addition we are not responsible for delays in shipment due to conditions beyond our control such as weather, postal service interruptions, etc.
